Worktop Pledge

At Caber Interiors, we are passionate about offering excellent value for your project. That’s why we will endeavour to match the price of any like for like Luxury Kitchen Worktop Quote against any National Kitchen Retailer – simply contact our showroom to make a price match claim. We will need your original quotation paperwork to validate the following details:

• The product must be identical to the product being quoted by Caber Interiors, including: material, dimensions, specification, edge profile, stave width. Prices must be clear and inclusive of VAT, fabrication, measuring services, installation and delivery charges.
• Delivery charges are factored into the total cost. Should the competitor’s delivery charge be higher than Caber interiors’, this will be included in the overall price to be matched.
• Must not be a clearance, end of line or discontinued product.
• The product must be in stock within the UK at the date of quotation.
• This price promise cannot be used in conjunction with another Caber Interiors promotion.
• The competitor’s price must be available within seven days of the time of purchase.
• This price promise can only be redeemed in advance and not used retrospectively with Caber interior after confirmed purchase.
• The price promise must be validated by a member of the Caber Interiors Sales Team.

*Please be aware of some kitchen/worktop retailers selling inferior products or material “blanks” Blanks or slabs are rectangular pieces that are often unfinished and need to be fabricated by your tradesmen on site. Many companies offer extremely competitive prices for this type of material but the caveat to this is you must facilitate the production of polished edge details, appliance cut outs, angular joints, pipe and box checks, etc…often without the necessary tooling, time or other resources.

Our typical luxury worktop journey is as follows:

1. Customer enquiry and product/detail choices

2. Quotations and final choices

3. Confirmation & Deposit

4. Order placed with fabricator

5. Template completed once kitchen is formed

6. Worktop Fabrication

7. Worktop Installation

**From the point of confirmation to installation the whole process normally takes about 3-4 weeks. A production slot is projected when we place the order and the templating date set accordingly. A delay in the formation of the kitchen can result in subsequent delays for templating, fabrication and installation. From templating to fabricating the worktops there is a minimum of 7 working days required, depending on circumstances.
